The County intends to hire a Construction Manager Agent (CMA) for any government institutional project that may exceed $50 million or whenever the County determines that management assistance is in its best interest. Projects are expected to utilize various delivery methods such as Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR), Design-Build, or Design-Bid-Build. The County expects these projects may include, but not be limited to the Courthouse Expansion and Animal Shelter Expansion. The resulting Professional Services Agreement will be for a term of one (1) year, to begin upon award, with three (3) additional annual renewal options. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be in the form of the Owner's Standard Professional Services Agreement. (See Attachments) Question Deadline 05/08/2025 at 2:00 PM CT The Owner may evaluate the Qualifications based on the anticipated completion of all or any portion of the Project. The Owner reserves the right to divide the Project into multiple parts, to reject any and all Qualifications and re-solicit for new Qualifications, or to reject any and all proposals and temporarily or permanently abandon the Project. Owner makes no representations, written or oral, that it will enter into any form of agreement with any respondent to this RFQ for any project and no such representation is intended or should be construed by the issuance of this RFQ. Collin County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all of the exception(s)/substitution(s) deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
