Reference Number 0000291880 Question Acceptance Deadline 15-May-2025 01:30:00 PM EDT Replacement of the Blanche River Bridge (Site 47X-0096/B0) located on Pacaud Road 2 (Roger's Road), 1.2km East of Highway 11. The Foundations Specialist shall provide foundation engineering services to make sure that the construction of structure foundations and related earth works are carried out in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Foundation Specialist shall report to the Contract Administrator (CA). The Foundation Specialist is required to provide inspections, liaison, technical assistance, support and reporting as required during and following the construction of the structure, foundations, and related earth works. The Foundations Specialist shall liaise with the CA team, MTO Construction and Operations Offices, MTO Structural and Foundations Sections and when requested by MTO and the design service provider. The Foundations Specialist shall be required to provide expert opinion and recommendations on the Contractor's clarification requests, change proposals and submissions relating to the foundation aspects of the work. Anticipated Assignment Start Date June 30, 2025 Anticipated Completion Date December 9, 2025 MTO reserves the right to reject any and all Quotation Submissions, whether or not completed properly and whether or not it contains all required information. Without prejudice, MTO may request clarification where any Service Provider's intent is unclear and may waive or request amendment where, in the opinion of MTO, there is a minor irregularity or omission in the information that has been submitted in a required document.
