The selected respondent (the "Contractor") must have extensive experience and the necessary qualifications to supply, delivery, installation, and setup of a new security system involving access control and CCTV that comply with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care standards as well as the Ontario Building Code. The security goals and objectives for the Project focus on establishing clear aims such as facilitating ease of navigation, reducing confusion, and promoting independence for residents.
