No bid will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the provisions of the Business and Professions Code. The successful Contractor and his subcontractors will be required to possess business licenses from the AGENCY. All bidders shall be licensed in accordance with provisions of the Business and Professions Code and shall possess a State Contractor's License, Class "A" (General Engineering), at the time of bid submittal. The successful Contractor and his subcontractors will be required to possess business licenses from the AGENCY. The AGENCY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity, and to take all bids under advisement for a period of 90 days. SCOPE OF WORK The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include cold milling existing AC pavement, ARHM overlay, remove and replace driveway approach, sidewalks, curb and gutter, curb ramps, AC pavement, signing and striping, and all other items not mentioned but indicated in the Plans and Specifications.
