In addition, a multilayer geosynthetic liner system with a leachate collection system, including a leachate storage tank, will be installed. located at Midshore II Regional Solid Waste Facility 12236 River Road Ridgely, MD 21660 Deadline to submit Questions Jul 2nd 2025, 1:00 PM EDT When the base bid is in excess of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) each bidder shall furnish bid security in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. For all contracts in excess of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) the successful bidder shall also be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in 100% of the value of the contract.
