**As of July 1,2025, the project was awarded to Helm Civil Constructors, with an awarded amount of $1,528,338.50.** Bids will be accepted until the specified opening time and date. All bids must be checked in by the City Clerk's office prior to bid time. Any bidder attempting to deliver after the opening time and date will be refused. The project consists of hot-mix asphalt milling, asphalt removal, base repairs, ADA Ramps, Curb & Gutter and Sidewalk spot repairs, storm sewer inlet repairs, water main installation, water main appurtenances, and hot-mix asphalt paving on Carroll Avenue from Empire Street to Galena Avenue and Galena Avenue to Adams Avenue. All bids must be accompanied by a bank check, cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid.
