If a Performance Bond is required, Bidder must submit the Performance Bond to the Information Contact after contract execution. The bond must be from a surety licensed to do business in Illinois. An irrevocable letter of credit is an acceptable substitute. The form of security must be acceptable to the State. 1.2.5. Vendor will repaint and restripe letters, lines, and symbols throughout the campus. 1.2.5.1. There are 365 parking spots at the Center (17 of those are handicapped parking spots), 10 crosswalks, painted curbs and 15-minute parking lines. 1.2.6. Vendor will modify and paint handicap spots according to code and stripe walkways with hash marks. 1.2.7. The Vendor shall report to the Facility Chief Engineer and/or designee any hazardous conditions and/or items in need of repair, etc. 1.2.8. The Contract Monitor for this contract will be the Chief Engineer. Continued monitoring will be conducted from the start to completion of the project.
