The bidder should thoroughly examine and become familiar with the drawings, technical specifications and all other contract documents. Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1.Supply and in-stall a mechani-cal screen head-works, concrete structure, electri-cal and site work as specified in the bid proposal sheets and spec-ifications A bid bond in the amount of 5 per-cent of the bid issued by an ac-ceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. The project to be constructed will be financed with assistance from the General Land Office (GLO) under the U.S. Department of Housing and Ur-ban Development Community De-velopment Block Grant -Mitiga-tion (CDBG-MIT) program and is subject to all ap-plicable Federal and State laws and regulations. The Alternate Bid Items include supplying and installing the Huber Rotamat Ro 9 Screw Screen in the headworks facility.
