THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 0005 IS TO UPDATE THE SET-ASIDE TO UNRESTRICTED, UPDATE THE POP DATES TO START 08/01, AND UPDATE THE PRICE SCHEDULE TO REFLECT THE 12 MONTH BASE YEAR. CLAUSES 52.219-8, 52.219-9, AND 52.219-16 HAVE ALSO BEEN ADDED. The purpose of amendment three (3) is to update FAR Clause 52.212-5 to include 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting.
