Demolition and site work for a military facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform the demo of building 229, demo of utilities as identified in the drawings, demo of concrete as identified in the drawings, demo of asphalt as identified in the drawings, and repairing grade as identified in the drawings for storm water management and an end grade that can easily be mowed/maintained, as defined in this PWS. Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be 6 months. Site visit will be 6 May 2025 at 1000. A DSM Access Request Form must be filled out and sent to cody.benjamin.4@us.af.mil by COB 2 May 2025. Meet in front of Bldg 410. Drawings have been included in this amendment.
