Muncy's Crossroads Corner Park For construction at Muncy's Crossroads Corner Park. The space is a highly visible public park in the heart of the community. The scope of work for the Park will include the construction of the following: o Surface and Subsurface Soil Enhancements o ADA Accessible Plaza o Landscaping and Landscape Plantings Questions Due Date: May 12th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT Muncy's Crossroads Corner Park is a 0.13-acre public park accessed by East Water Street / Route 405, and located on the north-east corner of the signalized intersection of Water Street and Main Street in Muncy Borough, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The Park construction is graphically indicated within the construction documents plan set on sheets Cover Sheet and Sheets 1-8. The Contractors and or Subcontractors are required to submit a Contractor's Qualifications Statement and a list of relevant completed projects and references with their bid detailing a minimum of five years of experience in site grading and park, recreation and landscape development work. Contractors may bid on all or part of the work outlined in the scope of this project. Muncy Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
