Contract A & B-This project consists of the construction of approximately 2,100 lineal feet of 8-inch DIP waterline along Wall Street and approximately 2,000 lineal feet of 8-inch DIP waterline along Hutchinson Drive and associated valves, hydrants, service lines, pavement restoration and all other appertaining work. Each bid must be accompanied by proposal security in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount equal to not less than ten (10%) percent of the total base bid price in accordance with provisions contained in the "Instruction for Bidders" section of the specifications. Proposal security shall be made payable to the North East Borough Water Authority.
