Renovation of a water / sewer project in North East, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Emergency Back-up Generators This project consists of the construction and startup of two (2) 500kW emergency standby diesel generators with enclosures to provide North East Borough with emergency power at both of their raw water pump stations. Each bid must be accompanied by proposal security in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount equal to not less than ten (10%) percent of the total base bid price in accordance with provisions contained in the "Instruction for Bidders" section of the specifications. Proposal security shall be made payable to the North East Borough Water Authority. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of 60-days after date of bid opening. Contract A is subject to U.S. Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. Contracts B-D are subject PA Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate determinations. A copy of the prevailing wage rates is included in the Contract Documents. The North East Borough Water Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding and to accept the bid serving the best interest of the North East Borough Water Authority. ** doc info : ORDERS MUST BE MADE ONLINE.
