Site work and paving for a road / highway in North East, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Milling and Resurfacing of Blaine Street. Bidders must be on record at the issuing office as an official plan holder. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons or companies who have purchased a full set of contract documents. The Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to the Borough of North East. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be furnished by the successful bidder within fifteen (15) days after the contract is awarded. Prevailing Wage Rates will be applicable if project cost is $100,000 and greater. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities.
