Site work and paving for a road / highway in North East, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of August 7, 2024, project was awarded to O Cross Paving, awarded amount is $71,161.80. Milling and resurfacing of three (3) Borough Streets. Bidders or vendors requesting next day or special mailing will be responsible for all mailing or shipping charges. Bidders must be on record at the issuing office as an official plan holder. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons or companies who have purchased a full set of contract documents. Bond Notes: The Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to the Borough of North East. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be furnished by the successful bidder within fifteen (15) days after contract is awarded. Prevailing wage will be applicable if project cost is $100,000 and greater. Owner Rights: The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities.
