Site work for a water / sewer project in North East, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of May 14,2021 This project has been awarded. Start date and completion date has not yet been established.** Grahamville Street Sanitary Sewer Extension. Work under this Contract involves approximately 60-feet 8-inch of sanitary sewer; approximately 30-feet 16-inch bored casing, two (2) manholes, lateral stub outs, surface restoration, testing and related work. Each bid must be accompanied by proposal security in the form of a certified check, bank cashiers check, treasurers check, or bid bond in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price in accordance with provisions contained in the Instructions to Bidders section of the specifications. Proposal Security shall be made payable to the Borough of North East. Contractors must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate Determinations, as specified in the Contract Documents. Except as otherwise expressly permitted by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of 60 days after date of bid opening. The Borough of North East reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any part of any bid, and to waive any and all informalities in connection therewith.
