City of Rancho Cucamonga ("City") will receive sealed bids for the materials, supplies, equipment and - or services set forth herein, subject to all conditions outlined in the Bid Package, Plans and Specifications. PROJECT NAME - Hellman Ave and Feron Blvd Storm Drain Improvement. The scope of work consists of, but not limited to, construction of storm drain lateral, catch basin, junction structure, repair of curb & gutter, spandrel, pavement resurfacing, and related items of work per plans. Engineer's Estimate is $150,000. A total of twenty (20) working days to complete the project. The outside of the Sealed Bid shall be clearly marked with the Project Name. It is the responsibility of the Bidder - Contractor to confirm receipt of the Bid Package in the City Clerk's Office prior to the date and time of the BID OPENING. CONTRACTOR LICENSE: In accordance with provisions of Section 3300 of the California Public Contract Code, the City has determined that Contractor shall possess any and all contractors licenses, in form and class as required by any and all applicable laws with respect to any and all of the work to be performed under this contract including, a "Class-A" (General Engineering Contractor) or Class "C-34" License (Pipeline Contractor) in accordance with the provisions of the Contractor's License Law (California Business and Professions Code, Section 7000 et. seq.).
