The Ash Grove R-IV School District intends to hire a construction firm to provide a full range of Construction Management (CM) services during the planning, design, and construction of possible facilities outlined in the school districts April 2025 Bond Initiative. The Construction Manager team will function as part of the Owners team, along with an Architectural firm to design and construct and/or renovate facilities. Companies are expected to utilize these representative(s) for all information regarding this RFQ. Companies who contact any other district employee or representative of the Ash Grove R-IV School District regarding the subject of this RFQ are subject to disqualification. The Construction Manager will provide comprehensive construction oversight of possible facilities outlined in the school district's Proposition Pirates Bond Initiative. Possible facilities may include additions of a Multipurpose Safe Room, classroom and restroom area at Ash Grove Elementary, a Safe Room Commons/cafeteria, kitchen, new office area and secure entrance at Bois D'Arc Elementary, heating and cooling upgrades, roofing, traffic circulation and parking improvements as well as potential other renovations. The Design Team, led by Sapp Design Architects, has begun the preliminary schematic design phase. The estimated cost of construction is anticipated at $7,000,000. The approximate project schedule is as follows: Preliminary Schematic Design Phase completed June 30, 2025. Preliminary Design Development Phase completed August 31, 2025. Construction Documentation Phase completed October 31, 2025. Project Bidding to occur November 2025. Project Completion Spring 2027.
