The Ash Grove R-iv School District is Requesting Statements Of Proposal for the Services of a Special Inspection and Construction Materials Testing Firm for a New Icc 500 Storm Shelter on The Ash Grove Elementary School Campus and the Bois D'arc Elementary School Campus. Project Description and Introduction The Projects Are Located at Two Sites: One in the City of Ash Grove, and One in Bois D'arc in Greene County, Missouri. The Project Involves New Construction and Generally Includes but is Not Limited to Earthwork, Cast in Place Concrete, Structural Precast Concrete, Structural Steel, Bolted And Welded Connections, and Light Gauge Metal Framing. Please Provide a Detailed Breakdown of the Expected Construction Testing Services in Both Cost and Time. The Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspection Firm Shall Provide Qualified Inspector(S) to Perform On-site Construction Inspection (Full-time as Required) and Materials Testing.
