Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the "City") is seeking Bids from vendors with expertise in supply and delivery of water meter assemblies meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, Appendix 2 - City Requirements & Appendix 3 - Water Meter Assembly Specifications and Drawing. Interested parties ("Respondents") are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP. o Term of the contract & options - to be a three-year period, with three possible two-year extensions, for a maximum total term of nine years.
