Site work for a mixed-use development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and road / highway.
City of Vancouver (the "City") is seeking Bids from vendors with expertise in MMCD standards and municipal street works to deliver offsite civil and electrical infrastructure upgrades at three development sites. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to: Working as Prime Contractor for the project performing all required subtrades including general contract trades, allied structural/civil/geotechnical works, and any other works as required to complete work as noted in IFT drawings and specifications. General contract works including contract administration, mobilization, demolition, excavation, safe disposal of waste/materials, traffic management, environment and safety management, demobilization, documentation and clean close-out of the works upon substantial completion. Applying for the necessary work permits. Perform all works as specified in the specifications and drawings provided in this Tender package (as Attachments); and, Provide required bonds, insurances, sureties and warranty in accordance and in compliance with this Instruction to Tenderers (ITT) package and attached Form of Agreement (FOA). Supply of all labour, equipment, tools, materials and services necessary for the project in its entirety, including, without limitations, for demolition, excavation and disposal work, hazardous On site traffic Control.
