Resurfacing of Various Streets Under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30 & 39M, the Town of Northbridge, Massachusetts is accepting sealed bids for the Resurfacing of Various Streets as set forth in the Invitation For Bids. A bid bond or bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the bid price must accompany each bid.
