This includes concrete walks, driveways, paved parking areas, walls, concrete floor, building foundations, and supporting walls to a uniform depth of 12 inches below lowest foundation elevation, roof, doors, windows, steel columns and beams. In submitting the bid, it is understood that the right is reserved by the State of Oklahoma to reject any and all bids, and it is agreed that this bid may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of closing of same.
