Bidder must complete this Project in accordance with the Bidding Documents, Addenda, and Oklahoma City Standard Specifications for Construction of Public Improvements within one hundred fifty (150) calendar days of date as stated in the Work Order. When specified in the Notice to Bidder, attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is a prequalification requirement. If there is a virtual meeting option, the virtual address will be provided in the Notice to Bidders. When the Notice to Bidders specifies that the Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory, the contractor who plans to submit a bid must attend the Mandatory Pre Bid Conference.
