Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hurley, New York. Design plans call for the construction of a 14,400-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; 25,550-square-foot parking garage; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project work includes construction of a 14,400 square foot pre-engineered steel highway garage with a pre-finished metal roof system on a new concrete slab, 360 feet access road, 25,550 square foot circulation and parking area, and related on-site water supply, wastewater disposal, and stormwater management facilities to be located on lands currently part of the Hurley Town Park. As of April 25, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A design firm has been selected for the project. Information regarding the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. Construction is estimated for fall of 2025.
