Renovation of a military facility in Braintree, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Project Replace Interior and Exterior Lights at the Braintree Armory (MA Army National Guard) Work will consist of the replacement of approximately 150 interior lights and 6 exterior lights with new efficient LED lights. Construction Workforce Utilization goals are 15.3% minority workers and 6.9% women workers. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Work will consist of the replacement of approximately 150 interior lights and 6 exterior lights with new efficient LED lights. Contractors with questions can submit them via email to the contracting officer Nick Haddad at nicholas.haddad@mass.gov. Responses to questions will come in the form of an addendum, posted in the CommBuys solicitation prior to the bid closing date.
