Kinetic Construction Ltd (KCL), the Contractor, is a party to the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Contract for constructing Brenan Park Recreation Centre for The District of Squamish. IPD focuses on a highly collaborative open approach to drive team success. The expectation of the successful bidders will be to share in these common goals.
