Description

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Squamish, British Columbia. Design plans call for the construction of a 115,662-square-foot, six-story above grade, 165-unit multi-residential development.

Construction of two 6-storey residential buildings: a 100-unit affordable rental building and a 65-unit supportive housing building at 39900 Government Road and Centennial Way. TIMELINE: Design is underway. An application seeking development permit approval has been submitted. Pending approval, building permits for each building could be sought in 2026. Further update in summer 2026. *BC Housing, Squamish Community Housing Society and Squamish Helping Hands Society, are in partnership with the District of Squamish for the project. Construction budget is unreleased.
