The Corporation of the City of Burlington (the "City") requires a service provider to conduct annual inspection and testing, 5-year surveys, and as-needed repairs/replacements of City-owned backflow prevention devices ("BFP devices"), as specified in this document including all labour, materials, services, transportation, and incidentals, but not including supply, delivery, and installation of new BFP devices (unless ordered by the City) for a period of up to five (5) years.
