Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Burlington, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The City is soliciting responses from qualified and experienced contractors seeking to be prequalified to tender for the upcoming Civic Square, City Hall Facade, and Brant Street Renewal project. It is anticipated that the subsequent Request for Tender will be issued in September of 2025 and posted to https://www.bidsandtenders.com. Only Respondents that have been pre-qualified through this RFPQ process will be subsequently invited to submit a tender bid.
