**As of June 06, 2025 This project has been awarded to 5 STAR PAVING (CAMBRIDGE) INC. , with the awarded amount of $520,957.59.** The work of this Contract includes: - Removal of existing concrete sidewalk on the north side of Fairway Road from Lackner Boulevard to Pebble Creek Drive; - Construction of a new asphalt multi-use trail along the north side of Fairway Road, from Lackner Boulevard to Pebblecreek Drive; - Localized removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter; - Intersection improvements at Lackner Boulevard including removal of concrete island, new traffic signal pole installations, and concrete curb and sidewalk ramp replacements; - Intersection improvements at Pebble Creek Drive including new traffic signal pole installation and concrete curb and sidewalk ramp replacements; - Removal and replacement of side inlet catchbasins; - Relocation of streetlight poles to accommodate the new trail; and, - Installation of new pavement markings.
