Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lowellville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Project generally includes the following: The base bid includes the construction of additional parking near the existing boat ramp, pavement wearing course installation, site preparation for play structure installation, new sidewalk and concrete pads, sport court and fencing, site lighting, and furniture installation (Riverfront Park). The base bid will also include paving, sidewalk installation, parking along West Water Street leading up to the Riverfront Park (West Water Street Improvements). The bid documents include various Alternate Bid Items to be awarded at the Village's discretion. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty made payable to the Village of Lowellville in the form of either: (1) A bond for the full amount of the bid, or (2) A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount pursuant to Chapter 153 of the ORC. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
