The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitation of Blackfoot River Road including CRABS rehabilitation beginning at Highway 34 for approximately 3.5 miles east to the Degerstrom Haul Road and from the Degerstrom Haul Road south approximately 0.9 miles. Work also includes reconstruction and profile grade modifications for approximately 1,000 feet surrounding the intersection of Blackfoot River Road with the Degerstrom Haul Road. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of five percent of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to Caribou County as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
