DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT The second phase of the project Gym Addition consists of the construction of a new gym, restrooms and other areas, added onto the existing school. The structure is constructed of CMU and steel with a typical concrete foundation and slab on grade, with a brick veneer and metal panel siding exterior. Typical MEP scopes of work are included for a gym, and interior finishes include gymnasium equipment, athletic flooring, carpeting and tiling in the restrooms. Along with the new gym the parking lot will be extended.
