Site work for a water / sewer project in Sneedville, Tennessee. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
No bids received Sneedville Utility District will be soliciting bids for the TDEC ARP Water System Improvements project for SR 33 - Main Street, Cemetery Road, and Harrison Street. The Sneedville Utility District TDEC ARP project includes 7,058 LF of new 8" ductile iron water main and 467 LF of new 6" waterline to replace transite line. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the Sevier County. We encourage all small and minority owned firms and women's business enterprises to participate. No bidder may withdraw his bid within (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 05/12/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
