Site work, paving and new construction of an educational facility in Sneedville, Tennessee. Working plans call for the construction of a educational facility.

*As of February 23, 2026 bids for this project has been rejected and will put it out for bid at a later date.* The work generally consists of the construction of a Pre-engineered Metal Building and build-out for a vocational welding program. Construction to include grading, utilities, concrete paving, foundations, structure and all finishes, including all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Tennessee and comply with state regulations, including listing the contractor's license number, expiration date, and classification on the outside of the bid envelope or within the electronic bid submission. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Owner. Question Deadline 01/29/2026 A Prebid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on January 29, 2026 (01/29/2026) located at 418 Harrison Street in Sneedville, Tennessee.
