The price submitted is a three (3) year contract for 2025, 2026 & 2027.and is to include the following: ITEM 1: The supply and delivery of 250,000 litres of calcium chloride per year over the course of 2025, 2026 and 2027 to the Wetaskiwin storage tanks as required (SW-29-46-24-4). Supply and delivery of additional calcium chloride in increments of 30,000 litres over the course of 2025, 2026 and 2027, after the supply and delivery of the base amount. The supply and delivery of the additional 30,000 litres is only at the request of the County of Wetaskiwin, should additional calcium chloride be required. ITEM 2: The supply and delivery of 200,000 litres of calcium chloride per year over the course of of 2025, 2026 and 2027 to the Winfield storage tanks as required (SW-17-46-3-5). Supply and delivery of additional calcium chloride in increments of 30,000 litres over the course of 2025, 2026 and 2027, after the supply and delivery of the base amount. The supply and delivery of the additional 30,000 litres is only at the request of the County of Wetaskiwin, should additional calcium chloride be required. If within 14 days after the Contract Documents are presented to the Contractor for execution, hand delivered or sent by registered mail or courier addressed to the Contractor at the address stated in the tender, the Contractor refuses or fails to execute and return to the Acting Director of Public Works the following: Contract Documents, Valid Workers' Compensation Board coverage, including account number, expiry date and Letter of Good Standing, Performance Bond (10%) and valid proof of insurance.
