Reference Number 0000287124 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/20 05:00:00 PM MST Pricing Lump sum This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for pre-selection and pricing agreement for the supply and delivery of the following equipment items and services: Provide design services & technical documentation in relation to the supply of a containerized/packaged conventional treatment system to the Owner during final design of the Project. As an assigned sub-contractor to a future General Contractor who will install the containerized/packaged conventional treatment system at the project site; supply and deliver the containerized water treatment equipment and ancillary systems to the care of the General Contractor. Provide programming and integration of plant control systems within the operation of the greensand treatment controls including, raw water feed systems, chemical storage and feed, and distribution pumping. Provide commissioning services, operator training, operations & maintenance manuals/media, and performance testing. Provide a performance guarantee for the containerized/packaged conventional treatment system. 1 The work includes the supply, delivery, commissioning, and support services of a complete containerized water treatment system, complete with all services and auxiliary components as set out in the contract documents and specifications, that form part of the RFP to the Site. 2 The initial purpose of this RFP is to permit the Design Engineer to complete the detailed design for the containerized water treatment system (also referred to as the "Interim Water Treatment Plant"), including the selection of key equipment which will be purchased by Louis Bull and then novated to a General Contractor for installation. If Proponents wish to participate in this process, they are requested to respond to this RFP and must do so in accordance with the specified requirements outlined in this RFP. .3 All relevant technical and commercial information provided by the Proponent, in conjunction with the Supply Contract, will be incorporated into the tender and contract documents that the Design Engineer prepares for the General Construction Contract. .4 The equipment is to be manufactured or assembled, as the case may require, and will be shipped to the project site by the Supply Contractor and will be stored by the General Contractor. 5 The Supply Contractor shall deliver all equipment F.O.B. to the Louis Bull Tribe (Louis Bull First Nation, Alberta, Canada) designated by the General Contractor, including freight, duty, insurance, and all covering to meet the delivery schedule specified in the RFP. .6 The Work includes providing the specified equipment and all labour and materials in order to meet the requirements of the Request for Proposal documents and the attached specifications. 1 Comprehensive Public Liability Insurance and Property Damage Insurance providing coverage up to $5,000,000.00 dollars inclusive against liability for bodily injury or death on an occurrence basis and/or damage to property on an accident basis. 2 Automobile Insurance for public liability and property damage providing coverage up to $2,000,000.00 dollars inclusive on owned, non-owned or hired vehicles. 3 Completed Operations coverage up to $5,000,000.00 dollars inclusive against liability for bodily injury, death and/or damage to property of others arising out of the existence of any condition in the completed work or any installation or repair operations during the period of one-year next ensuing after acceptance of the completed work by the Owner.
