Site work for a civil project in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Excavating existing granular base and stockpiling suitable gravel offsite for re-use and regrading the proposed subgrade to the Contract Drawings. Excavating and exposing the building foundation wall around the perimeter of the 3Mile Control Building including excavating and stockpiling the material for re-use, removal of the cement based protection board on the foundation wall for the purpose of inspecting the foundation wall, and coordinating with the Consultant to complete a structural inspection of the foundation wall, reinstalling new cement based protection board on the foundation wall and backfilling the foundation wall to the specifications in the Contract Documents, Supply and Installation of 150mm perforated subdrain around the perimeter of the building to the sanitary lift station. Supply and Installation of 150 perforated subdrain below the proposed swale. Removal and replacement of concrete pads around the perimeter of the building. Supply and installation of granular base and washed gravel reinforced with Paradox Geocell, woven and nonwoven geotextiles as specified on the Contract Drawings. Supply and Installation of asphalt concrete pavement. Supply and Installation of a 500mm CSP culvert. Supply and Installation of topsoil and seed.
