This Invitation to Bid (ITB) and all activities leading toward the anticipated issuance of Vendor Term Agreements are conducted pursuant and subject to Chapter 287, Florida Statutes (F.S.), and Rule 60A-1, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). This solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Information Portal (VIP). Vendors interested in submitting a bid must comply with all terms and conditions described in this solicitation. FFS Region Three consists of four (4) District locations as notated on the Appendix I - FFS Map, to include District 10, District 11, District 12, and District 14. The FFS intends to award up to five (5) road material Term Agreement(s) for each road material item listed within each of the four (4) Region Three District locations. Vendors will be required to supply road material at a per ton unit price for all State Forest and Recreation Areas within the boundaries of the awarded District location. See Appendix II - FFS State Forest and Recreation Areas for specific site locations. The Department intends to make multiple awards as a result of this ITB; however, the Department reserves the right to award in whole or in part, or to make no award, as determined to be in the best interest of the State. As used in this ITB, the term "award" or "awarded" means an award of the Vendor Term Agreement(s) as described in Section 1.6 below.
