This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is a Co-operative Group tender and is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the "City"), The Corporation of the Town of Cobourg, The Corporation of the Township of Asphodel-Norwood and Lakefront Utility Services Inc. (the "Participating Agencies") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Supply and Delivery of Bulk Aluminum Sulphate, as further described in Section B.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). By submitting a bid, the prospective bidder acknowledges that the City is making no representation that The Corporation of the Town of Cobourg, The Township of Asphodel-Norwood or Lakefront Utility Services Inc. will enter into a contract with any prospective Bidder or with the same Bidder selected by the City. The Bidder is giving its irrevocable representation and warranty that it has reviewed each Form of Agreement contained in Appendix A-1, A-2, A-3, and that, if selected as the successful bidder by a Participating Agency that it will sign the Form of Agreement contained in the applicable, in sub-Appendix A.
