DAS Construction Services Contract for On-Call Construction Administration Consultant (CAm) - Minor Services. DAS Construction Services (DAS/CS) On-Call Contracts are contracts for a specific type of consultant service with a maximum fee and supplemented by Task Letters to define the specific assignment scope, fee, and contract time duration. _ While On-Call Contracts and "Task Letters" assigning specific project work will be with DAS/CS, the work may be performed for other Executive Branch Agencies of state government. _ All On-Call Task Assignments are made on a rotation basis with the other On-Call Consultants selected to provide the specific consulting service. A rejection of a Task Assignmentby a Consultant may resultin no further Task Assignments to the Consultant. _ Each Contract is for a period of two (2) years from date of contract signing. _ If the project includes Federal Financial Assistance,the project must adhere to the "Buy America Preference" provisions of the Federal Government's "Build America, Buy America Act" (BABA), enacted as part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act on November 15,2021.This means thatthe Consultantwill be responsible for ensuring that, absent a waiver by the Federal agency providing Federal Financial Assistance for the project, the Consultant will not approve for use in this project, any iron, steel, manufactured products, or construction materials unless such materials have been produced in the United States. The Consultant must obtain all necessary compliance certificates for work that is within their scope of work.
