The Office of Legislative Management (OLM) on behalf of the Connecticut General Assembly (CGA) is soliciting proposals for the full inspection and maintenance of emergency power diesel generator sets at the State Capitol Complex. The Contract will be in effect from the date the Contract is executed by both Contractor and the CGA (the "Effective Date") through August 31, 2030. The CGA reserves the right to extend this Contract upon mutual agreement of both parties for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term. May 16, 2025 5:00 pm (EOB) The CGA anticipates incorporating the following Scope of Work in the resulting Contract with the awarded respondent: B.1.1 Introduction The awarded respondent shall provide full inspection and maintenance services, including annual major and minor inspection and maintenance, live load/load bank testing, and if necessary, emergency and nonmaintenance repairs, for the emergency power diesel generator sets at the following State Capitol Complex facilities: a) State Capitol, 210 Capitol Avenue, Hartford; b) Legislative Office Building (LOB), 300 Capitol Avenue, Hartford; and c) Legislative Office Garage (LOG), 300 Capitol Avenue, Hartford.
