A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project Consists of the Rehabilitation of the Runway, Taxiway and Apron Pavements, Including Crack Seal, Seal Coat and Pavement Markings. Bids Will Be Received for a Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be on a Unit Price Basis With Additive Alternate Bid Items as Indicated in the Bid Form. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Security in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder Must Furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in Accordance With the Contract Documents. Bidders Must Be Licensed to Perform Work Within the State of Oklahoma. Goals for Minority Participation for Each Trade: 9.0% Goals for Female Participation in Each Trade: 6.9%. Bids Must Remain in Effect for 120 Days After the Bid Opening Date. Within 120 Days From the Bid Date, the Owner May Award the Contract to the Lowest Responsive, Responsible Bidder or Reject Any or All Bids for the Project.
