Renovation of a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, as-built documentation, and all other related information for "Project 668-24-104, Replace Wayfinding for Entire Campus", at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. Total project duration shall be 250 calendar days from notice to proceed. The project will remove existing interior and exterior wayfinding signage, procure all new signage, install new signposts, new monument signs, new building designations, new exterior directional signage, new interior directional signage and new lobby signage. Areas where existing signs are removed will be restored to match the existing finishes prior to new sign installation. All signage will follow current wayfinding standards per the VA Signage Manual PG-18-10 (Reference 1).
