Renovation of an educational facility in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project consists of replacement of the packaged chiller and associated equipment at the RPC Phase 1 Building at the Elizabethtown Community & Technical College (ECTC) Main Campus. The work generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following: removal of 200-ton chiller, installation of 300-ton chiller, replacement of chilled water pumps, the addition of pump VFDs, and the installation of capped valves for future connection to Occupational Technology Building (OTB) 100. Trades involved include, but are not limited to, the following: demolition, HVAC piping, HVAC insulation, electrical, temperature controls, and building automation system integration. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED AT THE SITE VISIT. ALL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS SHALL BE EMAILED TO THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT. ALL PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO BUYER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT. Question Deadline 05/02/2025 All questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of the bidding documents shall be directed in writing to the purchasing officer. Unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation, questions received less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of bids may not be answered.
