To meet the requirements of the Arkansas Department of Transportation Specifications attached to and made part of this bid. Prospective bidders are encouraged to contact Cameron Parsons (501-569-4951) to schedule a time to tour the job site. The successful bidder for this project will be required to obtain Builder's Risk Insurance coverage in a minimum amount equal to the total amount bid to provide coverage for all existing structures on the job site. All work must be completed within 120 calendar days of commencement of work. Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of total bid price is required of all bidders at time of bid opening or bid will be rejected.
