Tree and Stump Removal The Little Rock Port Authority is seeking bids for tree and stump removal from the 875-acre mega site located along Frazier Pike, just south of the Port of Little Rock. Evaluation and selection of the tree removal firm will be in accordance with the State of Arkansas Procurement Laws and Rules.
