Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project includes the repair of the walking trails and drainage areas at both Bowen-Thomas Park, located at 2070 Bowen Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC 27105, and Larry Little Walking Trail, 2001 Pittsburgh Ave., Winston-Salem, NC 27101. The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 11% MBE and 7% WBE and must be met separately.
