**As of June 13, 2025, the project was awarded to Dresel Contracting Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,978,802.94.** Consisting of the Following: 7800 Tons Bituminous Paving 27 Each Remove and Replace Storm Structure 22 Each Locate Gate Valve and Replace Valve Box 3 Each Remove and Replace Gate Valve 1230 Cy Storm Pond Excavation 33000 Sy Mill Bituminous Surface 100 Lf Clean/televise Storm Sewer 1600 Lf Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 3 Each Install Safl Baffle Structure. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check Payable to White Bear Township in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid as a Guarantee That the Bidder, if Successful, Will Enter Into a Contract With the Owner for the Work Described in the Proposal. This Deposit Will Be Subject to Forfeiture as Provided by Law. The Deposits for the Three Lowest Bidders Will Be Retained by the Owner Until the Contract Has Been Awarded and Executed but Not Longer Than Sixty (60) Days.
